My first post

So here I am.

First of all, for you peeps that landed in here lured by the “celiacathlete” name of the blog, let me just state first and foremost that that is not what I am. I’m just using the blog that I already had with my son (who is the athlete) and never used, because that was my account with WordPress.

Me being me and leaving always everything for last minute before deadlines roll around, didn’t have the time to start another blog with a more appropriate  name. Also didn’t know how to do it. And that is one of the reasons I’m on Blogging 101.

To learn how to build a blog from the very beginning, as I know nothing at all. Clean slate here. I don’t even know what to do with all those things on the left-hand side on our page. Yes computer illiterate also. Sure I can send an e-mail and on a good day even attach a document, but that’s about it. Go on, start rolling your eyes. But where did this girl come from?

But I really like to read interesting blogs, visually appealing and with beautiful photographs. And as I love to learn, made up this challenge of finding out how to put together such a blog. Lots of work ahead yeah!

Well I also don’t photograph much and really should have started first with Writing 101 to learn how not to ramble so much and use so many ‘I’s (English is not my first language, or even the second, it is the third one actually)

What will my blog be about? Have absolutely no idea at this point. All I know is that I would like to give anyone who visits a little pause in their day with beautiful images and share some ideas, information or experiences that might be helpful to them.

So my plan is to just roll with the waves, surf them sometime in the future.

When you are writing a post , you click on the box where the editor is , on media , its the uppermost on the left I believe , it will then prompt you to enter the url or directly from Youtube 🙂 I had no clue of anything at all believe me , I couldn’t even use the right click on the mouse 😦

    I hope you are learning and enjoying in 101.
    I observed your fonts. they are good. I feel header and text also match a good deal.
    If you feel that you want to experiment–please try these combinations:

    Notos San, Karla, Lora. Notos Serif

    I feel you can try combinations of circular fonts or combinations of bold fonts with high width.
